Fabian FAIM is currently the Managing Director of CFR Australia Pty Ltd. Fabian's rich experience of over 30 years in fast-paced, high-tech environments has provided him with in-depth expertise in building up strong teams, productivity with new technology and International business development.

Fabian has held many senior positions as General Manager, Director, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Manufacturers and Service providers for Process Industries.

He holds a Masters of Business Administration in International Business and a Masters of Business Administration in Foreign Trade management

Fabian has functional management experience in all disciplines of manufacturing operations, developing and managing operating budgets, spearheading, restructuring and rationalization of plants and contracted facilities, initiating specialized manufacturing processes involving advanced techniques. Instituting Total Quality System (TQS) process to promote the business culture of continuous improvement and leading ISO 9001 certification process, Acquiring information and research using various matrices, understanding specific requirements and offering innovative technology and tailor-made products, negotiation, coordination of global purchase of material & machinery, global logistics and clearing, conforming to respective governmental rules and customs regulations.

He has been a consultant for overseas companies for Business Development, technical Support, Quality Assurance and such other business interactions, transactions and coordination’s including :

• Developing effective trade modules and providing top-notch business deliverables.

• Project management, business continuity plan and business impact analysis (Bianco).

• Supply chain management and logistics.

• Outsourcing many projects overseas and delivering successfully (The Diamond Group)

• Contracting key professionals for change management and re-structuring.

• Initiating and arranging overseas investors for joint ventures (The Perfect Group).

• Developing gratified strategies that optimize their project performance.

He is also a fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and is a member of the Indo-Australian Chamber of Commerce
